Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RydeDesk (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, the public RydeDesk marketing site. The RydeDesk application at app.rydedesk.com is provided to customers under a separate agreement and is not covered here.

What we collect

When you use the Request access form, we collect the details you provide: your driving school’s name, your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and any message. You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for special categories of personal data.

This site is static and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request data) to operate and secure the service.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your access request and to contact you about RydeDesk. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who processes it

Your form submission is handled by Netlify, our hosting and form provider, acting as our processor, and is delivered to us by email. Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep the information from your request only as long as needed to handle it and to follow up reasonably, after which we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be). Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
